Returns & Refunds policy

Changing your mind

You are entitled to change your mind and cancel your order for any reason within 2 hours of purchase. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement via e-mail to info@ellesinspired.com. We will reimburse you no later than 5-7 business days from the day on which you placed the order. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Returns

We want you to enjoy every piece purchased from us. However, if for any reason, you are completely unsatisfied, then it can be returned within 14 days of purchase and you would receive a full refund provided the goods are unused and not damaged. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm this, then notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a 5-7 business days. Unfortunately, sale items do not qualify for refund.

Shipping returned items

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable; the initial shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery. To return your product, please contact info@ellesinspired.com and we will send through our return address details.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@ellesinspired.com and we will reply with our return address details. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Gifts

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
